Planinić & partners LLC is a law firm providing legal advice and representation to Croatian and foreign legal entities, including representation before courts and other competent authorities. We work with clients and follow the legal issues that arise in their day-to-day operations, growth and business changes.

Our work covers legal matters in commerce, tourism, banking, investments, telecommunications, energy and construction. We advise on the legal aspects of domestic and foreign investments, from structuring investments and legal due diligence to contracting and regulatory compliance. We also support clients through restructurings and changes in company ownership structure, when owners, shareholdings or the organization of the business change.

Our story

Attorney at law Krešimir Planinić began his legal career in 1994 and qualified as an attorney at law in 1998. He founded the Law Office Planinić in 2002. As qualified colleagues and partners joined, the office grew, and since 2009 it has operated as a law firm.

We invest in the continued professional development of our team and provide corporate legal services to our clients. Each member brings their own knowledge and areas of legal interest. What we share is a commitment to flexibility and to protecting our clients’ interests.
