Jakov Gregović, LL.B.

Jakov Gregović is an attorney-at-law at Planinić & Partners Ltd in Zagreb. He advises and represents companies and individuals.

His practice covers commercial and corporate law, including company formation, advice on business operations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructurings, legal due diligence and direct investments.

His work also encompasses civil law matters, particularly damages claims, insolvency and real estate transactions, including the drafting of preliminary agreements and sale and purchase agreements. He also advises and represents clients in employment law matters.

Before joining Planinić & Partners Ltd, he gained experience working at several law firms.

Alongside his legal career, he was a member of the Croatian national ice hockey team and won championship titles in boxing and mixed martial arts (MMA).

He works in English and has a working knowledge of German.
